General Terms & Conditions

By entering or using the Pine & Pin Clubhouse facility, participating in activities, or making a reservation, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Facility Use & Eligibility
Pine & Pin Clubhouse is open to members and non-members in accordance with applicable operating hours, access policies, and availability. All guests must comply with facility rules and staff instructions. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult unless otherwise permitted by Pine & Pin Clubhouse policies.

2. Reservations & Payments
Reservations are subject to availability and any applicable booking requirements or fees. Guests are responsible for providing accurate reservation information and completing payment for services, activities, or rentals as required. Reservation changes and cancellations are subject to applicable booking policies.

3. Facility Rules & Conduct
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Guests must follow posted rules, safety guidelines, simulator operating instructions, and staff directions. Unsafe behavior, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of equipment or facilities will not be tolerated.

Pine & Pin Clubhouse reserves the right to refuse service or require any guest to leave the premises for failure to comply with facility policies.

4. Security & Video Surveillance
For the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property, Pine & Pin Clubhouse uses video surveillance at the entrance, exit and simulator areas of the facility. All guests acknowledge that they may be recorded while on the premises. Video footage may be used for security, safety, incident review, and other legitimate business purposes and may be shared with appropriate authorities when necessary.

5. Equipment & Property
Guests are expected to use all golf simulators, equipment, furnishings, and facilities appropriately and with care. Guests may be held responsible for damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or intentional misconduct.

6. Safety & Assumption of Risk
Participation in golf, simulator activities, and other recreational activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. Guests acknowledge these risks and agree to exercise reasonable care, follow all safety instructions, and use equipment responsibly. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of minors in their care.

7. Facility Access & Operating Hours
Access to the facility is subject to posted operating hours, reservations, special events, and availability. Pine & Pin Clubhouse reserves the right to adjust operating hours, restrict access, or temporarily close all or part of the facility for maintenance, private events, weather, or other circumstances.

8. Changes to Policies
Pine & Pin Clubhouse reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, facility rules, and operating policies as necessary. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions.
